Dear New York Clients, This weekend we will replace 2 new york servers with some quad 4 amds, with 4 gigs of ram Smile 66.246.206.72 will change to nyvent2.clanwarz.com or 208.122.25.100 Go into your Ventrilo Client > Server Line > Click Right Arrow "Add or Edit Server Connections" > Press "Clone" > Place a new server name and then change the ip to the one new ip above > Press save. All done. You can move to the new ips now as your old server is limited to 5 clients and the MOTD is showing stating the new ips. PHX[EU] vs cRaZy

So TNS hasn't had a good gloat in ages. That's wrong. It upsets the balance of the universe. But all is well because I have something to gloat about on behalf of the EU COD2 team. We played the Crazy team on the maps Brecourt and Breakout. We'd so far not played Brecourt in an SnD all weapons environment, so this was something new to us. But we bodged it like pros! Having gone down 5-0 to begin with. We came back to even things up at 5-5. We had then taken the lead of 7-6, at which time Time decided to lag out and crash his computer. So against all odds, TNS and Pink held the match and tried to make every second pass so that Time could rejoin. Having lost the first round without Time, we then almost took the second, with me suicide charging the whole team, and somehow not dying until the target exploded. And upon playing the third round as a two man team, we won, recognised by Pink's screaming down the mic. We managed to get time in, and won the first map 11-9. Now Breakout we know, and we know it well. So we thought this would be a little easier on us. But it was not as easy as we thought. In fact it was easier. Having taken the first couple of rounds with no deaths, we then proceeded to win everything but one game at the end of the half. I even managed to take out the whole team on my own, and that really says something about the other team when that happens :P We then only needed one game for the win, and after losing one more game, we took the winning round, upon which the opposition left before we could say gg. So once again, the EU team are going strong and have taken top spot in the SnD all weapons league.

Quality FPS in your Browser??

There have been some seriously cool advancements with web browsers and add-ons lately. Now we have this from Rasterwerks, it is a single and multiplayer first-person shooter, called Phosphor, that runs in your web browser. I was skeptical and assumed the game is a low-res, 5 frame per second hardly playable POS. Amazingly, I was wrong. It needs more levels and the multiplayer gaming can used over the Internet or LAN. I have not used the multiplayer mode yet. If you have a decent gaming machine, you can push the graphics up and get a full screen experience. You will need Macromedia Shockwave player to play the game. The game is still in Beta but it seems to play well. http://www.rasterwerks.com/

CTF Victory!

Today found the EU team defending their first position in the CTF ladder. The first map was farmhouse. We saw some of the funniest shots ever seen. Specifically, Pink and his usual bullshit. After going down 1:0, PHX came back with a run of flag capsm ending the first map 19:4. Second map was dawnville. With such a huge lead, we figured that they'd need a miracle to catch up. But as usual, we kept things focused and carried on playing our best. End of second map was 22:0. Overall score was 41:4!!! Once again... PHX FOR T3H WIN!!!

We just can't get enough of it!

Winning that is :) Once again the EU division have won spectacularly. An 11:1 victory left us very happy indeed. At one point, Pink kept shooting people and shooting people...and shooting people. Eventually me and Time got a kill. My favourite point was the last two rounds, where I decided to get a very irritated eye for no reason. So there I was playing with one eye... It's great to see so much success with our team. We've waited a long time for these opportunities and are so grateful to the clan. PS Special thanks to River for being there as backup once again in case of problems. He's very much a part of the team.

Unbelievable! The only word for it. Today saw us playing our first S&D match (all guns) and what a match it was. I'd give special mentions, but we all did our fair share, winning the match in about 25 minutes. Even Pink with his internet connection problems managed to time it so he lagged out right at the end of the first half. Final score was a perfect start to what we hope to be a great campaign. Final Score: 11:0

Tough map, tough opposition saw the EU divisions attempt on the top spot fail, as despite a strong effort, and the availability of Yaz to cover for myself, it proved a struggle against the solid unit fronted by No.Respond. With me out due to a dead graphics card, and unable to settle with a backup computer in time, Yaz and his high ping stepped into the fray at short notice. This obviously saw us overwhelmed in the first half 7-0, but coming back 5-3 in the second half to at least finish respectably as 10-5 losers. Thanks to Yaz for covering for me, and congrats to our opponents for an impressive performance. Hopefully practice will run smoothly for our next match, as the disruptions before this one told in the match, and in the final result. Theres always nexttime guys, lets see a better performance in the defence of our rifles place next week.

Euro TWL begins with a victory

Our first game in EU 3vs3 CTF turned out with an unexpectedly dominant victory for the EU boys, as we managed to control the small town of Villers-Bocage from start to finish, running up a score of 60-0. Despite the flattering score, our opposition fought hard, but the team worked solidly (if not fluently) together for the majority of the map, and the ability to outfight our opposition in close quarters gave us the advantage. Special mention goes to TNS for keeping the defence tight, primarily on his own for both halves, and managing to keep us a clean sheet, though all players played well throughout. Also deserves a mention for entering a room with their entire team midway through the second half and being the only one to walk out alive, having bashed most of them :D. Nice job guys and long may it continue.

Kilroy,Midnightservice,Jester(Yazule) and Zerotwo will be awarded medals for thier victory in The Battle of Caen! As germans we started out a little slow testing the ground against our RAF enemy.After realizing that they were covering their flag with 3 defenders we went in guns blazing! Our first attempt was blundered by a TK!(not to name any1)but as we continued our assualt we learned their paths and won most of our 1 vs 1 battles! We had a couple of close calls, stopping a flag cap just inches away from scoring! We ended our first half 8-0! Starting our second half the RAF clan came out firing. but to no avail PHX prevailed running up the score to 16.It was a well fought battle , in the end PHX had the clear victory in.......The Battle of Caen! Most memorable Moment, I had the flag, my cover was down. I was moving west through the streets of Caen when i spotted 3 germans moving in to flank me.I got off a couple of rounds but i was pinned behind a wall. I dropped for cover call out for by brothers and as in reply i heard the thompsons firing! I stood up renewed by my teammates cover and we pasted them ALL!....Yes we capped that flag and many more. Good job team.I cant wait for our next mission.

Take note, in order to unlock these, you must first have unlocked the base Battlefield 2 weapons for that kit (for example: to be get the F2000 the user must first unlock the G3). Knight online is now FREE to anyone who likes to play mmorpg games with pvp. They claim to have persistant large scale battles between players. When a player first registers and creates a character, he must choose between two nations, El Morad, the nation of the human race, and Karus, the nation of Orc tribes. The successful player will seek to join forces with others of his or her nation in order to obtain victory. That character may become a hero in Knight Online, through battle. He may also receive a title and reward from the King, become the lord of his own castle, and even rule over a city.
