Naa I just used /adm ban #. I tend to keep things simple. And please don't tkae Dyn the wrong way, hes very helpfull if not a little over eager sometimes =P.

There are actually several Captains in TN. We are "divided" into different divisions such as OGL CTF, OGL INF, STA CTF, and CAL. As such we have a Team Capitan and Co-Capitan for each. That may sound like a lot, but with 30 or so members its not that bad.
