QuakeCon 2004 Dates Announced

Post by **Archangelus** » Tue Mar 16, 2004 9:57 am

The official QuakeCon websitehas been updated, announcing the 2004 event. The 9th annual QuakeCon will be held August 12-15, at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas.

Now, I've never been to QuakeCon, but there is some talk that a few of us (Arch, IDO, Waste, DMIC) may be heading down this year. Is anyone else interested in meeting up there?

Hm, August... Texas... If I start walking now, I'll get to Texas by late June. Nah.

Sounds cool, but I don't think I'd be comfortable in a building with the name "Gaylord"...
