Back to Work, Finally!

Post by Dr.Death »

Well after 4 months of unemployment I found myself a job. Starting Monday, I will be installing state of the art home theaters. Were not talking Tweeters, or Best Buy here, we are talking about the best of the best. The company I will be working for has done home theaters for Martha Stewart (before she got arrested), Bob of Bobs Discount Furniture, and footballs Tebuckey Jones. These are a few of the most recent ones that I know of. So, no more waking up at 4am to be at work for 6am in a dungenous factory, its 9to5 for me now. Woohoo.

Wow hey you're an A/V guy too Arch? I love home theatre and constantly feed the habit lol :) I just need a bigger place so I can switch over to front projection now from my Toshiba rear.

Yes. I used to be a HUGE A/V nerd. Kept the nerd part, but unfortunately haven't kept up with the A/V much in the last 18 months. Looking forward to getting a front projector myself in the (hopefully near) future.

Ha! in my new hous we got a projector....It is beautiful , animated movies like sheirk...are wonderful looking...I highly recomend it! but it gets confusing because theres no covax cable hooking into the projector so you have to wire it threw a vcr or dvd player to watch cable. Then theres also the issue with sound so we got ours going threw the dvd (surround sound) and the vcr its like super confusing! but well worth it...
