Anyone got the beta for this one of kind kick-arse machine of-a-game?

I've checked out all the videos, previews, video-previews, screenshots and anything else I could get my hands on and learn about this freakin' amazing looking game. Except being in the beta..=0(.

They apparently had a deal on for about a week that goes as follows:
Pre-Order Eve Online and recieve a CD with tons of goodies and extras of EvE Online to get an insiders view of the game, along with FULL access to the Beta Test!

But since it was only out for a week, and in select areas, not many heard of it until it was too late. None came to Canada unfortunatly.

But the amount of detail going into this game is unbelievable..

Extra Goodies:

The game, at release, will hold 2000 solar systems for players to explore, with 3000 to unlock as the game progresses and who knows what things they'll add through the course of the games life.

The entire game is Player-Based; the corporations, economy, EVERYTHING. You choose what you wanna be, the empire in which to allign yourself, and the career you wish to pursue (such as Pirate, Tradesman, Miner, etc.).

Each server/game world will hold up to 33,000 players at once. There will be a limit to how many can enter each solar system at a time, but you can still expect to see 100's of ships in each solar system.

I hope you've enjoyed this behind the scenes look at EvE Online.

The game is scheduled for release May 6th, 2003. Hold on to your hats!

I keep getting accepted into betas....not like it's a bad thing....just don't have the time for all of them. Just got the e-mail today for EVE. Will definitely give it a go and see how it is.

Arch has allowed me to take command of his Beta Account for EvE Online. I've followed all of the steps, but, with all my luck, when I finally get to play the server is DOWN. lol. Oh well..should be able to try it this afternoon (tried at lunch.).

Can't wait.

Shame on u!! Shaaaaammme...... hey is there any1 right now who is beta testing a game, but isnt playing it anymore? If so, plz PM me. Id like to try something new for once. Havent played a new game in such a long time...
