oh my fucking god giving up smoking is the hardest thing i have ever done in my life.. its making shit of me.. almost 3 weeks now since i smoked.. i think.. ye.. monday will be day 22 lol.. so conan was a bit shit.. so i gave it up.. smoking was a bit shit.. so i'm giving it up..
damn me but its tough going!

chew gum .. thats what my dad told me he did, and it helped that he quit during hunting season.. dont want to smoke when your in the woods.. scares the animals.. keep it up tho.. stupid expensive habbit
