Coming over for a visit

I have just been accepted onto an exchange to go to MIT next year, so was thinking, since it is unlikely I will be in the USA for such a long time again it would be cool if PHX'ers wanted to have a meet up next year?

Lemme know what people think, baring in mind I will only be 20, so for me that rules out some places, though I obviously dont mind if everyone wants to go to a bar, I just wont be able to drink (I assume you are still allowed into bars even if you're not over 21?)

I'm up for it possibly. I would like to also mention that I will be flying over to Aberdeen this May 18, 2009 and driving down to London to fly home somewhere around May 25th. Are you gents available to meet up?

I would love to but when your in London is slap back in the middle of when I have my exams. And it would probably take me longer to get to Aberdeen then you :p

Sorry, just bad timing. I don't know what TNS will be doing, he is working atm though don't really speak to him much, will tell him to check the boards though.

first and formost, MIT is not all that far from me. I suggest we meet in atlantic city and do some casino hopping and hang out just you and me (or whoever else would like to come)

secondly if you set up a meet (I have tried twice) you can expect to get 3-5 members if you are diligent and keep askin and makin sure people are makeing plans.

My opinion is chicago is the best choice because

a) our glorious leader lives close to there so leaving the kids would not be long and prolonged.

b) some of our canadians might be able to road trip it

c) middle of the country, nuff said with people east and west coast.

d) I used to live there and think it is a fun town.


So maybe we try to plan something around a gaming convention? something? hell if E3 is in vegas i would go

anyways send me a pm with your phone number when you are in the states and we will chill you and I anyway, get drunk and bash the irish and argue global politics while oogling strippers or something like that.
