League of Legends

Post by Jenova »

We spend a lot of time playing this. I'll be lurking about in a PHX channel if you feel like stopping by.

The game is free and playable on most pc's (no high-end required), if you've played tower defense games in the past you have the idea. If not, it's extremely easy to pick up and quite a lot of fun. The classic 5v5 matches are typically about 45minutes, the Dominion matches run about 20-30min. Would love to get a PHX ranked team going if anyone is interested.

Xanthra Phoenix if you want to buddylist me.

The game is featured at a lot of big gaming competitions. Here's an example of (very high level) gameplay http://youtu.be/UeUiItHqesw

I used to play a lot (on the EU servers) and do agree that its a good game people should try. Though, that being said, I don't play any more since I got bored of queuing for 30mins, finally getting into a game, then someone rage quitting after 2mins of playing.
