Yea no shit it's constant. It almost seems like some of these kids have never seen a halfway decent player before. The accusations are furstrating but just try to take it as a compliment, as they can't even fathom the skillz u got....hehe.

Yep....it's almost a constant complaint. You should read the CAL forums. They talk about ppl accusing others of cheating just beacuse a person has a good ratio....it's pretty sad.

i still like it when someone comes in and starts accusing people of using AIMBOT............that has to be the most stupidist thing i have ever heard of...............half-life yes but sof2 no..............why are people so damn gullable :new-alien:

Well I'll tell ya, I was in a game one night and this guy was like 40/0 with an mp5. Every time I came up on him he was facing me. It was like he knew where u were gonna be. I know who are good players on the PHX server and its almost everybody, especially the PHX players. But anyway, once I accused him of cheating (and I never acuse anyone) he joined spectators and sat there quietly for the rest of the map and half the next. So I took that as being guilty, I mean common 40/0? Thats just nuts! Like I said I've seen some PHX members with killer ratios........! But anyway I think I've cried enough.

Oh, I'm not denying that there are cheaters, and believe me....IDO and I are looking at screenies to determine whom may be using wallhacks. Plus, people can always come into our IRC channel if they suspect a cheater and we'll watch them.

Don't remove team temple, me, Midnight and Sgt. Slaughter use it for sniper practice:). It's doing at least one of us good, even if I can't teach TNS to snipe. Would be interesting if you lowered gravity for this mape, would make sniping harder and give everyone else a chance
Some of the people though are getting worse and worse, you get accused of hacking when you walk up behind then and bludgeon them 'there's no qay you could have shot me through that crate you cheat' duh!!!!!!

. But it's life and we reasonable people deal with it. Now if we could just stop the name copiers who are chasing off our regs., all would be well

Cheat accusations are common. Unfortunately cheeters are somewhat common as well. I've seen a few people I've suspected but I don't accuse unless I've got something to accuse them with.
I still take cheat accusations as a compliment, it means I'm having a good day adn not looking at my ratio.I start looking at it and I start playing like crap.
As far as the 40/0, with Real Damage and an MP5 thats possible. Very difficult, but possible. As many players have taken to lateley, all you have to do is hang out near a pack and wait for people to run by. Being CTF not many people move quietly so its easy to hear them running up to you.

okay arch what r wallhacks............i use lean and crouch and jump binds..........if those are wallhacks i will stop using them.......let me know please..........dont want to ofend anyone on this excellent server.

wallhack = editing wall textures to glass so you can see through them or using other edits to same effect, don't worry midnight

Be carefully of using movement binds. I'm not saying they're right or wrong, but if you ever want to get into a clan and start playing competitively, several of the leagues (CAL specifically) has banned use of movement scripts such as Crouch-Lean and Jump-Crouch.

no problem there A& they can be shut off...............but having only one arm makes game play a little diffuclt on the high jump part and the lean and crouch but it can be over come by excellent dyiong technique's...............lmao
