That is exactly how I feel. It doesn't take a god damn ounce of skill to shoot someone with a secondary pump shotty from 50-60 feet away. Yah, everyone can play mass hours with one weapon and be damn good with it, but saying it's someone's lack of skill because they are getting constantly shotty whored is pretty sad.

I don't lack skill, I lack time and a willingness to play a game with so many cheaters/hackers, exploiters using overpowered weapons that have been changed satisfactorily and even given the chance to "tone it down", and generally vindictive players trying to oppress another players sof2 gameplay.

Grrr, can't help but get pissed about shotty whores and people telling me I'm doing something that isn't "honorable" or supposedly the right way to play a stupid old and bugged game. Let me run through a spawn to get a flag...it's a valid enterance and if you don't camp it you are doing nothing wrong by defending your ass againts spawning defenders. I wonder why they made a backdoor enterance through the spawn...oh, so attackers can camp it so spawners can't get out? Maybe, but most definitely is should be used as a way to get to the flag.

I will tell you each and every time you come thru my spawn and wait while someone is spawning and then kill him outright that your a poor sport and if you do it after I warn you, and strike you I will boot ya for a map or two.. I told you that 4 times on that kam map. If you just run thru and use it as you say "a valid entrance" then fine do it. but if you are not attacked and you kill a motionless spawner I will not be happy and I watched you do it multiple times on that map. I would rather you play and be a happy player and no one has anything to bitch about, but you killed a guy in the spawn and then waited till he reappeared and killed him again. that doesn't sound like a guy passing thru. the shotties are used and if you can't defend yourself against em you will die. They have the shotgun in every server in this game. as for ppl using shotguns being shotty whores that's a nice way to get people sympathetic to your argument. if you defend yourself with a shotgun 50-60 feet away as you say and you kill someone with an ak I say it does take some skill as opposed to you saying it doesn't take an ounce of skill... deal with it or don't play.

Well, im not sure about this. As most of you probably notice on Devil's Den, with CTF RD, most ppl just camp around the map and gather kills, rather than try and cap the flag. But we all like to have more kills under our belts. I think if we add RD, we'll probably get more ppl in our server.

I"m not even going to bother reading about this anymore...sorry I said such inflammatory things but that was my second draft (first draft was alot worse cause I'm a fireball). When something irks me I tend to speak before thinking about it...just how I am. And, the stuff about me spawn camping has irked me for a long long time and I just happened to let that one come out instead of letting it be. I can camp a spawn and make it so you can't get out, and this is not the case Grudge. If you don't have people running through the backway/spawn that only leaves two directions for attack and limits the gameplay. And that is absolutely ridiculous for me to leave you alone as I'm running through a spawn to the flag...cause you're just gonna run behind me and cap me in the back. Besides you f'ing idiot, there is an invincibility time and I"m not gonna wait for you to shoot first. The time we are both talking about...I killed a guy twice in the spawn cause he respawned very quickly after I killed him the first time and as I was almost through the spawn, so I jumped back in there and shot his ass before he shot me in the back. If I wait there for someone to spawn and was intentionally trying to piss you off (which is more than likely cause you're so easy) I would have knifed his lame ass cause I like to kill people in a better fashion then the standard two left click ak74 pop or even worse with a shot gun (lol, for the whores).
Boy it really gets old hearing "camper", "spawn killer", and "you like playing here right?". So, you can have your wish(no need to "ban" me) because I talk back to ya'll if I feel an admin is being unjust. I just won't play with you folks anymore...cause gd I'm tired of being threatened on a ban/kick/whatever the fuck an admin wants to say or do at the time.
Besides, if you wanna ban me cause I disagree with your perception of what I'm doing...just look in your PB folder cause I'm sure you have PB shots with my GUID.

I have enjoyed playing with you folks ever since that match I played againts you as a member of [VLR] a few years back...but the idle threats ("you like playing here right?")I've received are f'ing old grudge.
Good games for the past few years, have fun...
And good luck to all the folks that have been cool to me even though I've pushed buttons (heh, yaz)...
And it was nice playing with Pollax the other nite, I've missed fragging with you dude...

You all know the reason why people don't play on your server much anymore...stupid T|A Turgon said it best (about a month ago) when I told him that you don't like spawn campers/crouch leaning....he said, "Oh, is this THAT server!? LOL" No one wants to play in a server with a bitter admin in control. :crazyeyes:

And I love shotty whores IDO, especially you bud...can I buy a nite with ya? LOL

If I left anyone out, and you haven't talked shit to me as an admin peace out and good luck with whatever ya do.

last but not least, Poo and masamuna f'ing rule...big respect to their gaming I've always enjoyed playing them cause they are a really nice challenge...and I've noticed alot of ya'll people stepping the game play up, gj.

that's funny.. there was 5 admins on that nite and we are in Ventrilo together .. Oh I know all about T|A Turgon and his pals. and I do know about the invinceable time period. nobody likes a spawn camper or a crouch-leaner so if you do either of those things then you will be bitched at for it. What should I say? should I resort to your tactics and start calling you names.. nah play here if you will but play right.. Did you read what I wrote at all? I said it doesn't matter if you run thru the spawn, it only matters if you camp it.. I know you love this "arguing the point thing" , you went days at it with the crouch lean thing with Yazule. Say what you will. If you have a problem with it further send a Private Message (PM) to I.D.O. or to Archangelus and tell them your complaint. You didn't get Muted/Struck/BBQed/Kicked/or Banned we simply asked you not to do it... and then we had someone spectate you and when you had some smartass remark I did say "You like playing here right?" you can call me an f'ing idiot or say I am so easy to kill... so what? It doesn't bother me. I hope it makes you feel better.

All I can say is, some people spawn kill, flame the spawn, say LOL every kill, whine, complain etc ... and others play to have fun, go out of their way to NOT spawn kill and exhibit good sportsmanship etc ...

I trust Grudges judgement in making a call of foul play. If you did something that is against our policy, just say sorry and don't do it anymore. But some people cannot take being told what to do and fight the admin. Now I'm not talking for Grudge, but I'm guessing thats why he told you if you like playing on our server.

If we are known in the community as THAT server that disdains on crouchleaning/spawn killing, then GOOD I say. We don't want their type anyway.

We are an honorable clan, fun to be around, and people know this. The above is not why our server is empty at times at all. Once we put RD on and/or go back to regular maps, that server will be packed every night.

Sorry Toke you have to take it so personally when you should just follow "good form" and not do the obviously annoying things that are asked to not do.

Well Thanks Xor. I PMed him to apologize for any misgivings and then I searched him out and asked him to read his PM's, which he politely declined, and he said he will not return to the server or website. Exactly what we do not want is people leaving because of any reason other than grevious errors like cheating or racial slurs. Perhaps we as admins should look into how we treat the other players, and by we I should say me...what kinda server do we want, a go crazy kill anyone say anything camp anywhere wall hack aimbot anarchy full server or an authoritative strict by the book, OUR BOOK, empty server... strange how this is supposed to be JUST A GAME huh..

Irony is a bitch aint it? It seems ppl just dont want just plain, clean ol' SOF anymore. And those you do still want it are left in the dust, namely our server. So if letting ppl spawn camp, flame spawn, crouch lean, bla bla bla (insert cheating, hax and unsportsamnship attitude in bla's) is the only way to get ppl to get in our server, I'd say we shouldnt even have a SOF server period. Now to get me wrong, Im not saying this just because I joined SWG (so stop callin me a traitor damnit! LOL). SOF has been out and played for a couple years now, and as most multiplayer FPS's, has been ruined by exploits, cheats, etc. I know SOF is still a fun game to play, heck I still try to get in SOF sometimes, but I think its time for you SOF-only guys to start getting into different games. That doesnt mean to drop SOF. Its just that you guys have all your marbles in one bag. Which is pretty much why I bought SWG. Got tired of JUST playing SOF. Oh well, this is just my lil' ol' opinion. My rant is done for now.

All servers are RD now Afterburner, maybe being regular unmodded OSP will draw in a few players.
