I am going to put something up on our website (soon, I promise) that I'm going to ask everyone to direct anyone who is interested in joining PHX or even just coming into Vent. Consider it a "Primer to PHX" or some would say "How not to start off on the wrong foot."
Too many people hang around with us in game or in Vent and are just screwing around. Some people don't understand how common courtesy and respect is something we hold in high regard. Now, I've known some members have taken that to the n'th degree which we need to be careful of, but some of these members have also been the ones to point out issues before they happen.
I'm sorry, Weebl, that you have dug yourself a huge hole in this regard, but I would have hoped that some of your friends would have given you a heads up that at least for the first couple days, it's better to feel people out and understand who they are, why they play, and why they are PHX. You can definitely try to hang around and improve your standing in the community, but I recommend being respectful and starting with the people you already have standing against you. If you work on remedying that, then perhaps you will gain the respect of the clan as a whole.
Good luck to you.
