niagra falls, CN tower, the rockies. the east coast (anywhere over there really) are places i would recomend that are easy to get to. it will give you a nice wide view of canada. other places would be the paries but there isn't a lot to see there as far as i know and alaska is also great (still need to go their myself though)

CN Tower, Rockies, Niagra Falls, Canadian Shield ie. Bruce Peninsula, West Edmonton Mall.

For Cities: Old Montreal, Ottawa ( nations capital ) Toronto, Vancouver, and for the last one either somewhere on the east coast ( St. Johns, or somewhere way up north ( Iqaluit )

You might want to get your picture taken with a Royal Canadian Kilted Yaksman.

Peggy's Cove in Nova Scotia is definetly worth checking out. I think it's only an hour or as away from Halifax (capital of Nova Scotia). If you happen to visit Newfoundland and have enough time, check out Gros Morne National Park (Western side of the province). You pretty much have to hike up this mountain, around it, then back down, which is really tiring and will take many hours to do. But what you get to see is so worth it... the view from the top is just jaw dropping. Plus along the way up and back down, you're bound to see the local wildlife (moose and.... more moose).

Frontenac Castle in Quebec city is a cool place to visit. There's a lot of history there about some battle that happened more than a century ago (Canadians fending off Americans if I'm not mistaken). Hmm what else... I guess whatever the other guys mentioned.
