If anything that would probably just be a chipset limitation. You don't need 4 PCI-E slots to make 2 cards work even though they each have 2 GPU's. Either way thats not the issue here...

Upgrade to Vista Ultimate 64bit. Will probably fix all the problems you are having now and give you new ones to deal with. lol But no seriously...it might help to upgrade. I was having the same issues with my system on XP before upgrading to Vista.

There is no "leveling" in EVE. Its a bit more complicated than that and yet rather easy.

You learn things by buying a skill training book and telling your character to simply learn a specific skill. Your character will learn that skill while you are playing or even...while you are NOT! You have 5 ...
