Just get a new mobo, your due for a new one any way lol. They have some mobo/cpu combos for real cheap. Just make sure that it is agp and will fit your type of ram. I bet you can find one on the net for less than 250, besides Christmas is just around the corner. Say Santa came early this year.

Hey XoR i also picked up the game thiniking that i would give it a try. Im not really an rts fan but this game is amazing! Even though i suck at it, im so addicted. I'll drop by when we aren't in any matches and maybe we can have a few multiplayer matches, have some fun. C-ya's

Naaa intel FTL! Get the Athlon FX 60. It's dual core and one of the best AMD processors out there today. As for the MOBO the asus a8nsli-deluxe. 2x1 gig sticks so you can throw in 2 more in the future. As for the Asus vento case, it's really nice but you wont be able to see all the awsome hardware ...

In games that use the source engine it's more CPU intensive than GPU intensive right? HL2 is more CPU limited than GPU.
