Whatsup with the phx match team? Who is in charge right now? Well whoever is, I would like to start playing in matches again if there's room for another player. Whoever is in charge of the ogl/sta/cal team plz let me know, as I'd like to get involved again. tx

Well I guess I was going to do it, but I've been asking on vent and there really doesn't seem to any interest. If anyone still wants to do it let me know.

I will play and lead if no one wants to. Do you want to play CTF or INF and do you want to play on a ladder or in a league? Let me or Death know ASAP?

Waste, AA and I were talking about entering the TWL Real Damage INF Ladder. But it is just talk to this point.

I am surprised that some of the CTF regulars didn't want to start competing in CTF.

Just for clarification (I am still leading the SOF2 division; I was just looking for someone to take over competition play aspects. (Scheduling matches and practices)). I know Death has been as a busy as me lately.

with my new enthusiasm for sof i'd love to join in some possible match play- i would need a little practice, but hopefully i can improve.
personally i have been enjoying palying rl dmg a lot: possibly one of the reasons i have been on devils den server a little bit. i think my preference for game type would be inf rl dmg- ladder or match. either way is the same for me.
we should play a little more on the inf server to practice and see how many are willing to play.

well I have , with the risk of sounding immodest, somewhat improved my skill level and I wouldn't mind playin in some competitions. I would rather play CTF but I would play INF if that is the route you guys choose and another person is needed.

Well Grudge I've got to say you have gotten much better. And sorry I.D.O., I didn't mean to imply that I was the leader in any way, just that I was going to do exactly what you said I was going to do. I am definitly down with in competion again.

yea lets do it. im down for ctf or inf, it doest really matter. Actually, though, realdamage would be awesome, if they have leagues for that. Anyhoo ill keep checking the posts and let mw know whatsup. I really want to play, but mainly if we have a dedicated team, ie practice scrims frequent. I dont mind losing usually but losing 55-0 or something is no fun at all. I say lets do it if we got some serious bids....n e hoo just my thoughts.

Well that's the pickle. In the past we have alwyas been able to scrounge up people for a match, like half hour before and then just get waxxed. I'm not sure who rememembers, but a while ago we played MEAT (in cal preseason i think), and beat them, mainly because we had one practice two days earlier. I was posting to those who are able, and willing to be dedicated enough to practice several times weekly before an upcoming match. Personally, I can have practices anytime after 7pm (est) anytime during the week. I think a very viable place to start might be to have practices for competition players, or scrims, every sunday afternoon or someething. Anyhoo just my rant.
