Ok, well you've completed the post three times part of the process....he he.

Basically, you post (when I ask) that you are their sponsor. Then when the actual voting begins, a vote will be posted for the individual. If they are successful, then they will get the initiate tags in-game. Then in a month or two, when the sponsor feels the individual is ready, you can submit them for a full membership vote.
