Movie:Spirited Away

Post by XoR »

Didn't really have any interest in this when it was released, it looked like a little kids flick. I prejudged.

Damn was I wrong.

The splendor of this film is mind boggling. Pure magic. Maybe I'm getting all mushy in my old age, but this film really made an impression on me. Good stuff!

Yeah, you are silly. It may be childish in Japan, but anything from over there that is brought over here and ISN'T heavily censored (even pokemon) will at least be rated PG-13 / Teen / Not Fo' Kids.</exaaaaaaaggeration>

Welcome the rich man, he's hard for you to miss. His butt keeps getting bigger, so there's plenty there to kiss!

Anime, liscensed by Disney and, so far is the third japan-originated anime to be shown across US theatres. (The first being a really old one called Little Nemo and the second Princess Mononoke, at least, those are the only ones I know of)

I thought Princess Mononoke was really good, so I guess I'll look into this Spirited Away.
