No monthly fee
You only pay for expansion packs (which will probably cost the same as a new game)
Expansion packs are expected to come out 2-3 times a year.

I may be looking at this as well, to alternate between this and WoW, but there is still so much to do in WoW, I don't know yet....

April 28, 2005 is the release date.

hey you bumms.... just checking in, and yes i will get guild wars... however, as of right now since i still dont have a comp. up and running with high speed net, you can figure it out.....

for all that want help in getting started and some help in guildwars im already a lvl 7 w/n ingame name is mister sniperwolf. we aint got no capes and i cant invite to the guild till den gets game which should be later tonite or tomorrow.

I made a few officers in game before the beta ended, they can invite as well.

I probably won't get it until late tonight, like... 9PM. Or even tomorrow.

I probably won't be getting the game. As much as I'd like to play with you guys, I can only see myself getting hooked and playing the game too much.

If anyone needs me I'll probably just sit in the UO channel, just in case those recruits we found ever come back.

I will probably get Battlefield 2 when that comes out and maybe even COD2. It's a sequel frenzy.

I took the plunge and just picked it up on break. I'm sitting here at work drooling over it, anxious to get home and play.

went to the nearest gamming store (WallMart) adn they didnt have it...I WAS PISSED!

and the next gaming store around is 20 miles away!...grrr maybe there just sold out....i didnt see a tag for it...

I just picked it up today played about 4 hours got to level 8 as a elementlist/monk still dont have a clue what im doing but my how the time flys playing. I will pop in Vent and hook up with some of you guys I have alot of questions.
