New division?

Rules are that we need 5 people in our guild to play a game, and someone to take a division leader role for us to have a formal division. 
 
1) Are there 5 people playing this game? 
 
2) Is there anyone who wants to be a division leader? 
 
3) Is there support for this to be an official division?

I've played a bit of the game, and I thought it was pretty good. I'm willing to buy it if ya'll can get this division up.

But then again I'm not in PHX...lol.

not sure...I think he's just posting the rules to open any new game divisions in the future.
