Would like to join Phoenix

Was hopeing to join Phoenix, haven't got the info on how to join there was some stuff about select divsion and select leader and all that, I noticed a few people posting here so I decided it would prob be a good idea.
Also tried to upload a sig but it looks like I need access to do that.
So this is what I can do, I'll add some of the things I feel are important and you can tell me if any more info is required.

Well this is what I have to offer, if you would like to know the reason I'm leaveing AoE than please contact me in game. I would rather not post it here.
Guild History is PoN and AoE (AoF), this is my first MMORPG.
