What's the diff?

Post by b.p.c. »

between PSP and the other consoles? i planned on getting PSP for my birthday but what i'm worried about is that i'll have to buy new batteries every 2 hours unless i can use rechargables for it. does anybody know how much life it has with batteries?

My wife just got one Sunday and they use recharble batteries. Depending on what you are doing, playing games or watching movies, the hours of use vary. I think I read in the owners maual that the battery can last up to 5 or 6 hours. You can also purchase more battery packs and a seperate charger for unlimited play. You will also need to buy a memory stick wich looks like a dig camera memory stick. My son also just got a GameboyAdvanced for his B-day last week and the PSP is far better. THe PSP can also browse the web, store dig photos and music.

I love my PSP......I have a upgraded battery that I can watch about 7-8 hours of movies on. It has wireless built in, great for checking mail and small things at the airport. Holds pics, mp3s its just the poopies!
Most people are like slinkies, they are only entertaining when you push them down stairs....

We should all get PSPs, then get Metal Gear Portable Ops.
The multiplayer on that looks super.

does it come with an adaptor, where you can just plug it in and play without having to use up the battery? most likely i'll only play video games on it. though, i'm not sure how to browse the web with it.

Yes, it comes with an AC Adapter which will allow you to play w/o running down the battery.
