Thanks for the post and I apologize for not getting back to you quicker.
I'd start off by getting Ventrilo 3.0 and connecting to our Ventrilo Server (connection information on the front page) when you are playing TF2 or COD4. We require the ability to communicate via voice prior to acceptance into PHX. It helps us get to know you and your personality.
