User account clean up......

We have been getting a lot of BOTs creating accounts on our website and we also have a lot of abandoned accounts. At the end of this month we are going to purge any account that has never posted. So if you are a forum lurker you should at least post something somewhere so your account is not removed. We will also activate some sort of captcha verification for registration of new accounts. We will not implemented that for logins is so don't freak out. Let Arch or I know if there are any questions.
