It wont let me install cause it has a better or equivalent version already running.

Well, its not the card. I havie it in my dell now and it is working fine.

Now I am confused as all hell. Origianlly I went to Nvidias site and DL the drivers for GeForce 6 Seriees, I mean I have a GeForce 6800XT. The diver info says it suports this card. Now, in my testing of some other things, I am running on the drivers for MX 4 series, wich says it also suppports the 6800XT and now my shit is running fine. Go figure!
