well after playing one of the co-op missions I have to say I think this game is gonna rock...this game is fun and fastpaced, there is virtually no downtime and no level grinding to speak of and soooo purty. Imperil and I have both made chars, mine is Minsc Nboo and I can't remember Imperils. everyone get off yer arses and let's see how the game plays with large groups...I think they even have some competative missions in the alpha to try
Wow.
Solo missions which actually you are possibly accompanied by a group of NPCs. Cooperative missions that involve such things as fighting your way through a horde of undead while protecting a friendly apparition. Competetive missions where blue and red teams of all player characters fight against one another in 'closed arena' areas for such things as attacking or defending a base or 'first to something'.
Ranger/Warrior Vincent Crevan (Omnipotent combat guy)
Warrior/Monk Den Kirson (seems like a good combo, 'till you realize all the enemies around are healed too)
Elementalist/Monk Mirah Tosen (FIRE! BURN! HEAL! BURN MORE!)
Necromancer/Mesmer Aquas Vitae (Weaken the guy while sucking his life out)

Who's up for it now?
I've scrapped warrior-monk Den Kirson for Mesmer-Warrior Den Kirson. Its a very good all-around combo, not really specalizing in any form of combat, but still good enough (also the Mesmer class appearence fits Den far better). I've been able to plow through enemies so fast with the new Den, he's already gotten more skills and better weapons than Crevan.
I may also change Vitae for a Necromancer-Monk, so he'll have two extremes of magic.
