I was woundering if i could join PHX. For about the last week now I have been going into the PHX server and been playing with the guys. I have downlaoded ventrillo and been talking to most of the guys. I have played in a skirmish with PHX the other day and i have to say, you guys kick ass. Let me know what you all think, later

Well, you are definitely more prepared than others have been when asking to join.

I would take some time as you have it to bounce to some of the other channels and just briefly introduce yourself and perhaps ask some questions about what it means to be PHX. You may be interested in their answers. After you have done that, the next step is to talk to the DL for the game about possibly getting Recruit status. If you get that, after a while you can look for a sponsor and get into a vote.

One thing to keep in mind is that PHX isn't like a lot of other guilds. Our focus is friendship first. PHX is an extended family that just happens to play games......alot.
