Hey guys i am looking for a sponsor for CoD. And someone tell me what the voting thing is all about

Voting is the process by which you get into PHX as a full member. When your sponsor decides you have shown that you are PHX material he will put your name up for vote. Then all of PHX will vote o weather or not you are PHX material. If you recieve 90% of the votes in the yes bracket you get full membership and your tags. If not nd your votes are below 90% then your recruit tags stay on and you are given a 60 day probationary period for you to make things right and then we vote again. As far as your sponsor is concerned it is in bad taste to ask for one. Whne the group in ventrilo you talk with thinks it is time to get you a sponsor some will speak up and take the position as your sponsor. Your sponsor is then responsible for all that you do and dont do. It is also his responsibiltiy to take you around and show you all that PHX has to offer fro pc game's, consoles, to paint-ball. and also to introduce you to the fellow PHX clan-mates and your life long friends.
