Newest Patch Issues

OK,

This latest patch has really changed things ... I'm not sure the specifics or details, but some screwey things have happened to me already 2 of them being :

- My "last spell" does not work no matter what I try.

- Sometimes I cannot meditate because it says " you are too busy doing something else to do that"

These above items NEVER have happened before, so here we go again.
