Ok Arch I've ran by all my clan members what we talked about.

I've came up with this, they wanna join but they don't want me to merge and leave them behind.

So I figure it this way, if you let them in and give me and DenKirson the tryouts we can be "incharge" of them untill they meet your approval if they don't.

But I'm just telling you that they're good guys.

So the people that want to join are

The stars and capital letters were postion marks,
2 stars = a high rank
1 star = Good player but joined within 2 months ago
no starts = Average player but very participant who joined under 2 months ago
Lowercase t = Leadership rank

Gt has about 6 other members but I don't think they can handle being PHX, some are just lazy and plus others gave me gripe about this and they never play with me in any games anyway.

Gt has a system where we take a screenshot of every game we play in and do great (IE - at the top of your team)

This post was mainly directed to Arch, so many others many not know what I'm talking about.

tryouts are not as big of a deal as personality in my opinion, I know you and you seem cool to me, dont know anyone else in your clan though, they should hang out some.

I am living proof that skill is not everytihing (though I was PHX on UO so I am kind of an exception I guess).

I dunno, just rambling I guess, but that is my opinion of a clan member, someone I get along with and like. Always helps if you ROXOR though hehe.

Dunno what everyone else thinks of this mentality, so flame/cmpliment on!

Yeah Yazule I comepletly agree, however I have tryouts just to scare away noobs, I want people who don't necessarily have to be great but have to have potential determination to grow better. I base this on everything I see in the tryout. If after a while I do not like how the person has acted in the clan, I drop them. I just pretty much let anyone in who wants to be in but getting to stay in is where I take all of those things into account.

Out of the 4 guys that are in my clan. DenKirson is always in the server, I'm sure you've seen him in a game before, hes great, almost as good as me

As for the other few, I really didn't tell them about PHX untill a few days ago when I made this post. We had our clan meetings and such in Jolt, for the reasons I guess I didn't want them to get to friendly to another clan and but be to Merge if I didn't think they were really good.

So basically I've been here and there looking for a good clan to merge with for a boost in people in the same clan as me and basically just to meet more people.

So when I found out of PHx's greatness I kept it to myself for a few weeks. and then I told them to come in here. They should be popping in any day now.

And actually now that I check my records there were a few instances when clan members were on the server shortly ago one is

That was on this server, Dr is in there. That is the member called Morpheus on the other team as me

And then shortly after I had a game with one of the other members, Snake, He is far more better than I as hard as it is to beleive. Hell he did better than GeneralH here and Morpehus was spectating, I think he had to go to the bathroom at the current moment.
