As of yesterday, Dungeons and Dragons Online has become Unlimited.
Along with a large content addition, the game itself has become free to download and play.
Any former subscribers to the game can get a head start while newcomers will have to wait until the 9th.

Stuff is free, new guys join the old guys, but there are a few limitations.
Free guys only get two characters per server, can't pick Drow or Warforged races, can't pick Monk or Favored Soul.
Those and other things require Turbine Points which you can either buy or earn in game.

Yeah, I started a character on a different realm just because I wanted to get a feel for it. I'll probably roll a Human Paladin when I get a chance.

I like free stuff too! I gave up trying to host D&D tabletop games so maybe I'll come check this out later.

Sweet Khyber is the server I have all my characters on. I'll try and log in from time to time and play (if I ever get any free time again that is). I have a bunch of different characters

Hi, i made a toon on khyber also, she is going to be a nasty little rogue 3 cleric 17 , battle priest with the skills to sort out the traps and locks and smack down on some foes while also being able to throw some heals around the, her name is Vvelvett Phoenix..

currently have 1 rogue level and 1 cleric level
