Well if I were convert my SWG profits over into real life money I am worth 510$ per week on average.
and I'm not even trying to make money, I level my jedi. if I really try I can double that. Which is insane and makes SWG a higher priority than school.
Thats a 48 Grand per year salery, not bad for a 15 year old.

Will someone please slap Zarn silly?

1 million credits goes for $15
To get $48,000 salary in one year you would need to sell 61 million credits per week.
And no matter how many credits you sell this year, you would have to do it all over again next year.

You're a smart guy Zarn, and I know you are proud of your accomplishments in the game (you should be, I'm amazed). But wisdom comes at a price I guess.
When I was 14, I didn't have something like SWG so who knows ... I had a DECMate III remote accessing 3M and helping my Dad type in reams of data and diagnostics (he was a computer engineer for 3M for 35 years) and I thought it was the coolest thing on earth. It led me down the path to be a marketable individual in the marketplace and strive to understand networks and later security. I'm not saying that's what you should do, I'm just saying.
Now with the advent of online marketplaces, I may have to eat my words as Zarn becomes the online mogul for the new economy and hires Donald Trump to run all his companies.
I would still place your bets on something more real.
Oh and good luck Shifty.

Let me tell you PJ you are one lucky sob. The school i just got my AAS from had a 7 to 1 guys to girls ratio, and the guys to GOOD looking girls was more like 15 to 1. The best part was the good looking girls were all doing the hockey team... like a door knob... every one gets a turn? I guess its a small price to pay when you go to a tech school out in the middle of no where in NY. Thoes kind of odds keep one out of truble durring one of those long distance relationship things. For any one who has never had one, dont try it. You will ether end up on blood pressure medication or have a corinary.
And i think if any one starts making $48k a year from playing SWG the irs will probably start taxing you. Some thing i realized while i was playing UO was that, most people who play online games are not willing to go out and spend more money on top of the monthly fee. But i did find that you could buy UO time shares for UO gold. It suddenly felt a whole lot better to play UO when i wasnt paying $12.95 a month for it any more.
On another UO note, not like any one in PHX plays it any more. A new expansion is being release this fall. The big selling point will be Soul Stones. The point of these Soul Stones is to be able to store and transfer skill points from one skill to another or from one character to another. As if the one hit kills from AOS were not enough. All you have to do is pick an easy skill to gain in, use an illegal third party program to macro for you, and you can transfer all thoes points into a usefull skill. Does any one else remember the days of working for skills?
Good luck to you PJ and any one else who is going back to school any time soon.
